Our Purpose
- To act as an informative and proactive organization to address, develop and influence policy recommendations, resolutions and practices that affect the African American community at the University of California, Berkeley.
- To serve as a resource to the campus on issues unique to the African American community.
- To coordinate our efforts with other campus organizations in the pursuit of common goals.
- To promote and support relevant research and publications concerning issues of interest to the African American community.
- To encourage and maintain a communicative network on a local, regional, state and national level.
